3 Types of Registration

A New Student to Wolf Creek Public Schools

To register a student into WCPS for the first time, click on the link below to the SchoolEngage program, and select "create a new account." This registration form is for NEW students only, who have never attended a Wolf Creek Public School.

Once your account is created you will receive an email. You must open the email and validate the registration in order to be able to continue your SchoolEngage registration form.

* Submitting this form DOES NOT complete your child's registration. Once complete, please contact the school office at 403.782-6615 to make a registration appointment. If you are unable to upload your student's birth certificate on your SchoolEngage Form, please scan or take a photo of it and email to lchs@wolfcreek.ab.ca or be ready to produce a copy of this during your registration appointment. Please Note: A copy of original birth certificate and other legal documentation (custody orders, etc) needs to accompany registration. Please be diligent in completing these applications as accurately as possible.

Previously registered within Wolf Creek School Division, but not last year

To register a student who did not attend a Wolf Creek School Division school last year but has in previous years, please contact the office at 403.782-6615. Once we have confirmed your location and necessary details, we will activate your past SchoolEngage Account which will provide you access to a new and current registration form.  Once this form has been completed, an appointment will be made to complete registration.

* If you are unable to upload your student's birth certificate on your SchoolEngage Form, please be ready to produce a copy of this during your registration appointment. Please Note: A copy of original birth certificate and other legal documentation (custody orders, etc) needs to accompany registration. Please be diligent in completing these applications as accurately as possible.

Near the end of August, the online Demographic Update Form will be posted on the parent portal and must be completed annually.

Fee Information

• Course fees will be applied in fall.  Fee payments can be made through Parent Portal. Deposits to course fees can be made before fees are applied.

Alberta Education requires an annual Student Registration or Demographic Update Form, for every student, signed by the Parent or Legal Guardian to verify that the student qualifies for Provincial or National Education funding. The Demographic Update form serves as an annual registration form for all returning WCPS K-12 students.

On August 31/Sept 1, you will receive an email to the email address attached to your Parent Portal account. If you don’t have a Parent Portal account, please contact your child's school office. Follow the directions in the email to complete a 2022-2023 Demographic Update form for each PreK-12 student you have in a Wolf Creek school. If you did not receive an email asking you to update your child's student profile, please check your spam/junk folder. Using a phone or tablet to complete these forms may cause issues for some users. We recommend using a desktop, laptop or Chromebook. If you are having issues submitting the form, accessing your Parent Portal account or require access to a device to complete this form, please contact your child’s school office. Online Student Demographic Update forms are due Sept 15, 2022.
