Practices for Cross Country start Friday October 2nd at 4:00pm. Please meet in the North East field by the discus ring, Coach Darren George will be there to meet you.

Practice Dates (all practices are at 4:00pm)

October 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16

*Practices may continue after October 16th if the weather cooperates.
